Partners:

  • Pay the required fees ;contact National Partner Coordinator, Becky Eldredge for details
  • Before offering the first Charis retreat, attend a Charis retreat at an agreed-upon site
  • Conduct Charis retreats based on the materials provided by Charis Ministries. The following characteristics are integral to the Charis retreats: a) All participants, including the team, make the retreat and agree to share with transparency. The retreat is a peer-led process centered around listening to talks by peers and silent reflection followed by conversations in small groups, rather than a “preached” series of talks. Liturgy, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and spiritual direction are integral parts of each retreat. b) The retreat operates out of an incarnational theology, that is, it attends to the concrete lived experiences and personal history of the participants and invites them to reflect and enter into intimate relationship with God in their lived experience.
  • Communicate with the Charis National Partner Coordinator on a regular basis concerning upcoming retreats, marketing, participation and best practices.
  • Evaluate the training, materials and retreat(s) and provide feedback to Charis Ministries
