WELCOME

Fr. J. Michael Sparough, S.J. is a retreat master, storyteller, writer, and spiritual director.  As the director of Charis Ministries, an outreach to young adults, he has published extensively on prayer and the sacraments.  He holds a Master of Fine Arts in theater directing from Yale School of Drama and a Doctor of Ministry from St. Mary of the Lake in Mundelein, Illinois.  He is a Lecturer at the Institute of Pastoral Studies of Loyola University.  Fr. Michael has the ability to make the scriptures come alive through his heart-warming dramas, spirited preaching, and innovative approaches to spirituality.

SABBATICAL
Fr. Michael will be on sabbatical during the months of June, July and August, 2008. He is not scheduled or available for any speaking engagements, events or Theology-on-Tap presentations during this time. His schedule will pick up again in Septemeber 2008, and he looks forward to seeing you then!
