The Governing Board oversees the business aspects of the ministry, helping the staff develop & implement a financially sustainable vision and strategy.

Apostolic Board:
The Apostolic Board members support Charis events through leadership, participation and promotion. Each member generously takes an active role both at our events and in developing networks.

For events, Apostolic board members serve on leadership teams and as event coordinators.  In developing networks on behalf of Charis, board members actively build relationships with area parishes and organizations while promoting Charis events among their own networks of those under 40.  

Since the men and women of the Apostolic Board are in their 20s and 30s, their experiences and input about Charis programs and content are particularly relevant.  During meetings held four to six times annually we work together to develop the focus and relevance of our program designs and communication strategies.
